The annual Downtown Point 4th of July Parade gathers local participants, from local businesses to nonprofit organizations, all in proper decor to celebrate the 4th of July!
The parade route runs from the start of Main Street near the Post Office to the Town Square. Downtown Point does not take exact attendance at the parade, but considering the distance of the parade route, we have estimated the Independence Day Parade has between 4,000 and 7,000 spectators, or as much as a quarter of the city’s population attend annually.
Come join us for this annual celebration of our country and our home town!
Parade will begin at 12 PM on Thursday, July 4th, 2019
